- Payment information — payment method type and, where applicable, partial card details. We do not store full payment card numbers. Payments are processed by our payment providers.
- Customer support information — any information you include in emails or messages you send us, including photographs you submit in connection with a warranty claim or fitment question
- Account information — if you create an account, your username and password

We do not sell your personal information for money.
We may share limited information — such as device identifiers and browsing activity — with advertising and analytics partners for cross-context behavioural advertising and measurement. Certain US state privacy laws classify this as "selling" or "sharing", even though no money changes hands. You have the right to opt out; see "Your rights" below.

Email info@irismods.com with the subject line describing your request. For opt-out requests, please use the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information."
Verification: to protect your information, we will verify your identity before acting on your request. We will typically ask you to confirm the email address and order details associated with your account or purchase. We will not ask for information beyond what is necessary to verify you.
Authorised agents: you may use an authorised agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require proof of authorisation and may still ask you to verify your identity directly.
Timing: we will respond within 45 days of receiving a verifiable request, and may extend by a further 45 days where reasonably necessary, in which case we will notify you.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the rights described above. In the preceding 12 months, we have collected the categories of personal information described in "What personal information we collect", from the sources described in that section, for the purposes set out in "How we use your personal information", and disclosed them to the categories of recipients set out in "How we disclose personal information".
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

Data retention

Order records are typically retained for a minimum of seven years to satisfy US tax and record-keeping requirements.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorised access and disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International users
Our Services are operated from the United States and are intended for customers located in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
Children's privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at info@irismods.com and we will delete it.
